Initial Consultation - Free! Regardless of what type of service you are interested in, The TimeFinders LLC offers an initial consultation free of charge. Consultations are scheduled by calling 440.361.0091 or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
Estate & Moving Sales
We provide estate, moving and other types of sales on commission. The commission is consistent with market rates in Northeast Ohio and depends on the amount of preparation, advertising, and the potential sales volume. After reviewing the items for sale, The TimeFinders' representative will provide a written proposal for your review. Sales can be arranged on short notice, however, the most effective sales are scheduled at least one month in advance.
Moving assistance can include everything related to a move including but not limited to space planning, sorting and packing, arranging for transportation, unpacking and set up at the new residence. A TimeFinders moving specialist can also arrange for utility turn off, change of address notifications, clean out of the home, and stage the home for sale. Each client is provided with a detailed estimate for review. A deposit will be requested and a discount is offered for advance payment.
Home Organizing and Decluttering Services
A Professional Organizer will meet with each client to review their specific needs and prepare a detailed estimate. Factors considered are the size and scope of the work, tools and supplies needed, and whether haul away or disposal services will be necessary. A time table will be developed to meet each client’s specific needs and limitations. A deposit will be requested and a discount is offered for advance payment.

Q. What are the typical steps involved in a consultation or estimate?
A. First of all, when you contact the TimeFinders, we will briefly discuss your needs. If a representative is able to work on the type of project you have in mind, we will schedule a personal consultation.
At the consultation, we will discuss your project and view any relevant items or area. We will discuss your concerns in detail to ensure our project plan and estimate will meet your goals.
Most consultations take 45 minutes to an hour and we provide them at no charge. We do ask that our clients be prepared to show us exactly what is needed and be able to show us the space, items or other factors involved.
After the consultation, we will analyze the information, conduct the required research, and send you a service proposal, typically within 3 business days.
